Big Brother 17 Legends vs All Stars Cast

This is my dream Big Brother 17 cast if its legends vs all stars. There are four men and four women representing all stars and legends from past big brother seasons making sixteen house guests overall. I also provided a brief commentary on why I picked each house guest. As for the concept of the season, I think it would be best if there were no twists! It would be the traditional way of playing without any public interference.

Let's start off with the first four female legends:

1. Danielle Reyes (Runner up in Big Brother 3, 6th in Big Brother All Stars)
She is the best player to never win the game and was robbed in season 3. She also fared pretty well in all stars and unlike many she had her head in the game. Danielle is extremely strategic and quite manipulative, she is a shoe in to be a part of the cast and is one of my all time favourite players.

2. Janelle Pierzina (3rd place in Big Brother 6 and All Stars, 12th in Big Brother 14)
Although she has had three chances of winning there would not be a legends team without her. One of the most likeable players ever she is also a comp beast, holding the record set back in Big Brother All Stars of 5 HOH and 4 POV wins in a season.

3. Daniele Donato (2nd place in Big Brother 8, 8th place in Big Brother 13)
I enjoyed watching Daniele a lot more in Big Brother 13 and found myself rooting for her. Like Janelle she is tied for the most comp wins in a season and is also a strategic and social threat. Her gameplay was pretty entertaining to watch.

4. Alison Irwin (2nd place in Big Brother 4, 14th place in Big Brother All Stars)
It was a bit of a toss-up for the final spot between her and Rachel. I wanted there to be a female villain and Alison fits the part well. I picked Alison because unlike Rachel she hardly had a second chance to play. Alison is very manipulative and will do whatever it takes to win.

Possible switch outs: Rachel Reilly (BB12,BB13) , Jun Song (BB4), Nakomis Dedmon (BB5,BB7)

The male legends:

1. Will Kirby (Big Brother 2 winner, 4th in Big Brother All Stars)
Arguably the best player in Big Brother history, Will is a shoe in. I know he has said he would not play again but he is still involved with the show and with some convincing I could see him agreeing. He is a phenomenal strategic and very manipulative player who won Big Brother 2 and would have won Big Brother All Stars if Janelle and Erika had not taken him out. I would love to see how Will fares the third time.

2. Dan Gheesling (Big Brother 10 winner, 2nd in Big Brother 14)
There is a lot of competition between Dan and Will as many consider them the top 2 players of all time. It would be interesting who would make it farther this season. Dan deserves a spot on this list because he is also very strategic and has a way of "misting" his fellow house guests into doing what he wants. I preferred him in season 10 and he was more of a villain is season 14 with a totally different strategy that did not pay off due to a bitter jury.

3. Dick Donato (Big Brother 8 Winner)
Although he was a part of the Big Brother 13 cast, Dick had to leave before the first POV was even played due to medical issues. He is in my opinion the biggest villain in Big Brother history and makes for great tv. He impressed me in Big Brother 8 with his strategic abilities and I don't give a f what you think of me attitude. He also fared well in competitions, especially considering his age. Dick deserves a spot on the list whether you love him or hate him.

4. James Rhine (7th in Big Brother 6 and All Stars)
I loved James in both seasons he played. He was a likeable guy with good intellect. He was very good at comps too and he won 4 POVs in Season 6. It would be interesting if he could do better than 7th place the third time he played.

Possible switch outs: Boogie (BB2,BB7,BB14), Jase Wirey (BB5,BB7), Jeff Schroeder (BB11,BB13)

The female all stars:

1. Keesha Smith (4th place in Big Brother 10)
Keesha is one of my favourite house guests and she has yet to get a chance to play again. She was probably the best player of Big Brother 10 after Dan,and was the first person in her season to go against her alliance. She ended up being pivotal in turning the house against Jessie and was able to slide under the radar while the other side blamed Libra. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind and said it as it is causing lots of drama in the house.

2. Amanda Zuckerman (7th place in Big Brother 14)
One of the most controversial and hated big brother contestants, Amanda was the only reason I kept watching BB15. She was pretty honest and provided entertainment for everyone watching. She was the most strategic player of BB15 and for a long time had control of the house. Amanda deserves another chance.

3. Renny Martyn (5th place in Big Brother 10)
Renny was hilarious in her season. Like the first two female all stars she was not afraid to speak her mind and kept us all laughing at home. I was pretty impressed how she was able to go from being hated week 1 to being one of the most liked house guests of her season. She was also very good at reading people and had strategy. I adored Renny and Keeshas friendship in the house and wonder if they would be able to rekindle it if they got the chance to play again.

4: Jen Johnson (8th place in Big Brother 8)
This was a hard pick for the final spot but I chose Jen simply because she was Jen. It would be funny to see her and Dick reunite. Jen played the dumb girl card while in the house but did well in comps and was the underdog of her season. Considering how disliked she was in the house I was pretty impressed to see that she made jury. I am intrigued to see what she would bring to the house the second time she played.

Possible switchouts: Shelly Moore (BB13), Libra Thompson (BB9), Britney Haynes (BB12, BB14)

Male all stars:

1. Ian Terry (Big Brother 14 winner)
I loved Ian on his season! He was actually the only newbie I liked. He was so adorable and kept his head in the game. He played a great social and strategic game that was worthy of winning. He is also a big brother encyclopaedia and I would love to see who he would team up with.

2. Hayden Moss (Big Brother 12 winner)
As much as I disliked the brigade, Hayden was my favourite of the four. He played a great social game and made a great alliance early on. He was also good in competitions. Hayden is a shoe in for my all stars list.

3. Donny Thompson (8th place in Big Brother 16)
Donny was one of the most likeable house guests ever. I can't say anything bad about him, he has a heart of gold. I found myself rooting for him in his season while disliking a majority of the cast. I am interested to see how he would fare against all these strategic threats.

4. Eric Stein (5th place in Big Brother 8)
I will admit I was not a huge fan of Eric, but I definitely think he deserves a second chance. I think he was screwed over with the America's player thing. He made some good moves and went pretty far. I think he could be a potential underdog in this cast.

Possible switch outs: Zach Rance (BB16), James Zinkand (BB9), Frank Eudy (BB14), Matt Hoffman (BB12)

With a cast like this it would surely be an entertaining season! Let's hope CBS treats us to Big Brother Legends vs All Stars this summer.
